Chocolate Ganaache

Ingredients:

• 200gm Whipping Cream
• 300gm bittersweet dark chocolate-chopped into small cube
• 1tbsp butter

I also do post a recipe on chocolate ganache with a slight variation on the chocolate indulgence cake recipe. Both taste about the same, but the one with golden syrup taste a bit sweeter than this.
