Butter Icing
Ingredients:
- 500gm Krimwell
- 1kg Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla/Butter/Rose Flavour or any flavour
- 2tbsp Water
- 2tbsp Meringue Powder
Method:
- Cream the krimwell and meringue powder using the flat paddle. Add in water and put in the sifted Icing sugar.
- Mix everything at low speed until mixture start to aerate.
- Increase to medium speed and mix until the mixture is double-about 15mins.
- Icing is ready when there is no more solid fats when bottom of the bowl is scraped. Add the color accordingly.
