Butter Icing

Ingredients:
  • 500gm Krimwell
  • 1kg Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla/Butter/Rose Flavour or any flavour 
  • 2tbsp Water
  • 2tbsp Meringue Powder
Method:
  • Cream the krimwell and meringue powder using the flat paddle. Add in water and put in the sifted Icing sugar.
  • Mix everything at low speed until mixture start to aerate.
  • Increase to medium speed and mix until the mixture is double-about 15mins.
  • Icing is ready when there is no more solid fats when bottom of the bowl is scraped. Add the color accordingly.
